Sealants

This product is a one-component polyurethane sealer that comes in a cartridge and has a thick consistency, dries rapidly, and hardens when exposed to humidity in the air. It can be applied using a manual or pneumatic applicator gun. The sealer takes around 12 minutes to cure at 23ºC/50% humidity and should be used within 5 minutes of opening the cartridge at the same temperature and humidity level.

The Sika Spray Gun is an equipment that has been designed exclusively for use with Sikaflex-529 sealant spray. It operates with compressed air and is suitable for PE cartridges.
